What is a Companies House officer record?

Every director, secretary, or other officer of a UK limited company must be registered at Companies House. The officer record shows all companies a person has been associated with, their role, dates of appointment and resignation, and the current status of each company. The Vetted Officer Score (0–100) is an automated rating based on administrative patterns from public Companies House data. It is not a character reference, credit check, or measure of professional competence.

What does it mean if a director has many dissolved companies?
