Every director, secretary, or other officer of a UK limited company must be registered at Companies House. What does it mean if a director has many dissolved companies?

Can I trust a director with resigned appointments?

Resigned appointments simply mean the person has left a role at a particular company. This is entirely normal and happens for many reasons including retirement, restructuring, or starting new ventures. The presence of resigned appointments alone is not a red flag. Look at the nature of the departures (voluntary vs. dissolution) and the overall pattern of activity.
